Maggie (right) & Peanut
Maggie was a rescue dog we have had since she was 8 weeks old. Peanut was found by my husband, Duane, 6 years ago at a park in the middle of winter. Now she is a happy pup!

Boo Boo
Boo Boo is the craziest cat with energy like you wouldn't believe. Here he is in a pile of mulch. He finds the oddest places to sleep.

Precious
The name says it all!

Mama 1
The first of our feral cats to domesticate, and the first to have kittens. We rescued cats in our yard that were coming around for food. After discovering 6 kittens the first summer, we had them all spayed and neutered. Someone donated a cat house which Duane insulated and put a light bulb in. Eventually, they learned to use our doggie door and have all domesticated on their own.

Snowflake (left - a.k.a. Snowy), Intense-Eyed Mama
Snowy is Mama's son. We call her Intense-Eyed Mama because she looks so intense. She was the last to domesticate but is still quite skittish at times.

Rest in Peace
The following pictures are pets that have passed over the last few years.

Buster
Buster died a year before we got Maggie. He lived to be 15.

Lucky
Lucky passed away in November of 2010. She was my baby girl since she was 6 weeks old. She lived to be 15.

Mama 2 (right)
She is the sibling of Mama 1 (left). They were attached at the hip (in this case the face). She had FIV and we had to put her down.

 |
Sylvester
Sylvester, Intense-Eyed Mama and Snowflake were all close pals. Sylvester had FIV and we had to put him down, just one month before Lucky died.

Mr. Orange
Mr. Orange passed away recently. He had FIV and we had to put him down as well. This kitty took his lumps and swats to win his way into our hearts. He was one of the last ones to come around and was bullied by the other cats. He didn't care though. That's why he was named "Mr." Orange, he was all about business.
